Materials needed:

extra heavy weight interfacing (pallon)

color pencils or markers

ruler

printed picture of design or idea (no plagiarism or stealing of designs)

OPEN TO ANYONE INTERESTED (NO MATTER RACE, COLOR OR CREED)

Age requirement: Hight School and older
